Soft food and soups. Sautéed, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs and such. Almost anything with the exception of chewy, such as steaks or hard, nuts and hard fruit for example.

Anything not hard, sticky, or chewy. Think hamburger instead of steak, eggs rather than chicken, potatoes, pureed vegetables, egg salad, tuna salad, soups, ice cream, etc. Talk to a Nutritionist. (S)he will have lots of information.
