In 2013 a pulmonary nodule would someone please explain what this means? (numerous calcified & several non calcified pn. representative sn includes 6mm inferior lul. nsc partially calcified lul 8 mm?

All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results are consistent with healed granulomas. If you have not had any symptoms since 2013, you may ignore it. Wish you good health!
