Features: A granulomatous lesion narrows the differential of a lung opacification. If there is mediastinal adenopathy, a node may be biopsied. TB screening test should be performed. If calcified, the lesion may indicate a resolved infection or process. Since the size is stable, this lessens the concern for a fast growing tumor or infection that is not controlled.
