A few: Some common causes include granulomas which can persist following an infection and sarcoidosis. Follow up with a pulmonologist.

Histoplasmosis: A common fungus in the midwest and south. Used to be tuberculosis was common, but that is not anymore. Cancer tends to grow. Followup ct is important.
