What is the best way to sleep when having gastritis? i tried sleeping on my left side, right side, on my back and on my stomach. is gastritis also permanent?

Gasatritis is not permanent but sleeping position will not affect gastritis, if that is what you have. If your symptoms have lasted more than 2 weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor. You may try over the counter antacid, especially at night. Wish you good health!
