I have a cut on my penis and im not sure how to help heal it?

Not sure how you got a cut there, but not going to ask. Keep it clean with an antibacterial soap like Dial or Safeguard. Wash area at least 2x a day. Put a small amount of Triple Antibiotic Ointment on after washing. Don't cover,make sure clean underwear daily. Monitor for redness, increasing pain. Suggest abstain from sex or masturbating until healed up as the friction can reopen healing area.

If it is small then keep it clean, apply local OTC antibiotic ointment and cover with band-aid till healed. If large see MD
