Most likely your gut cleared any bacteria in the batter. If you are feeling fine, wouldn't worry about the baby. BTW, CONGRATULATIONS on your new baby, and thanks for breastfeeding the little one.

You eat germs every day from random contact with your fingers to your face/lips or handling food. The ones that survive passage trough your stomach acid stay in your gut. They do not enter your blood stream and travel to the mill producing glands in your breast.
