Cold packs, too: In addition, wear a binder, wear a tight bra and put cold packs on your breast to reduce blood flow to your breasts. , cold, binder, avoid hot showers and stimulation - and of course, stop the breastfeeding as that is the biggest stimulus for continued milk production.
