If they were swollen to a size you would see and/or feel them or would have pain. From your description there is nothing wrong. Keep yourself busy, try to help people and then you would have less time to worry

Agree with Dr Tandan, but would add, with presence of "bad health anxiety", you will likely find this to worsen as you age. Address this NOW, by obtaining either cognitive-behavioural therapy or biofeedback or both. Also, heed Dr Tandan and focus outside of your concerns and reach out to others in need.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

See your Dentist. Your Dentist can examine your salivary glands to see if there is any indication of swelling. If you are constantly manipulating the glands, you can cause swelling. If there appears to be problems, your Dentist will treat or refer. So please see your Dentist. It would also be advisable to see a mental health professional who can help you address your anxiety. It's manageable.
