Do not press or stimulate your nipple or breast for now. After the next cycle if the discharge is still persisted, especially it occurs spontaneously, you need to see your doctor for testing.

Breast discharge is considered suspicious when it occurs spontaneously and is persistent, only on one side, bloody or serous (clear) and also in patients who are not pregnant or breastfeeding. Most causes are benign like ductal ectasia or papillomas, but there is a risk of malignancy that is not negligible. A mammogram and an ultrasound are usualy done to begin the investigation.
