Self breast exam, there is yellow and milky discharge from my right breast only when squeezed. there is sometimes shooting pain in both breast (more in right one). gynec. found no lump upon physical exam. what could this be? pain mild and not persist?

I can't help but wonder if nipple stimulation is causing the nipple discharge. Certainly, monthly self-exam and professional exam once or twice a year are sound measures, If no lump was found by either examiner, this reassuring. If trust is an issue, get a second opinion. If symptoms persist, a mammogram may be warranted.

This AM I found what looks like dried blood near my left nipple on my shirt. No trace of blood on my actual nipple but visited my dr & got an u/s of both breasts. Physical exam showed no discharge or lumps or pain. I just think cancer. What else?
Clear sticky discharge from one nipple only when expressed/compressed though. It comes out of only one duct from nipple. Is it breast cancer/very concerning? Its only about 1-2 drops each time. Everything online says DCIS. Breast exam found no lumps?
