Self breast exam, there is yellow and milky discharge from my right breast only when squeezed. there is sometimes shooting pain in both breast (more in right one). gynec. found no lump upon physical exam. what could this be? pain mild and not persist?

I can't help but wonder if nipple stimulation is causing the nipple discharge. Certainly, monthly self-exam and professional exam once or twice a year are sound measures, If no lump was found by either examiner, this reassuring. If trust is an issue, get a second opinion. If symptoms persist, a mammogram may be warranted.
