Stop panicking: First, it's important to know that, as far as i know, no one has died from an anxiety/panic attack. Your doctor may prescribe medication for anxiety attacks. If anxiety is frequent, anti-depressants have been found to be beneficial in decreasing their frequency and severity. Counseling may help find triggers, relaxation techniques, etc.
