Lay people use the word stomach to indicate abdominal pain. If you have true stomach pain (pain is located in the upper part of the tummy, right below the breast bone), you can try antacid liquid or tablet or famotidine or omeprazole (OTC). If stomach pain + diarrhea you might have food poisoning. If you have pain in the lower part of the abdomen + nausea/vomit, you need to visit urgent care.
