I'm 6 wks pregnant. i'm told i have a bicornuate uterus after my first abdominal ultrasound yesterday. two previous transabdominal/transvaginal ultrsounds from 2017 state on the reports "no significant abnormalities'' of the uterus. misdiagnosis?

A true "bicornuate" uterus may be a cause for multiple early miscarriage. A skilled ultra-sonographer should be able to verify this diagnosis back in 2017. Ask your GYN physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) with dye contrast to be certain, as a bicornuate uterus may have significant impact on your potential pregnancy courses.
