I had a shave skin biopsy on my toe. it came back as acral skin with vascular ectasias. what is this and what does it mean? thank you?

The physician who performed the biopsy is best qualified to fully answer your question. Acral skin refers to skin of hands or feet. Vascular ectasia is dilatation of blood vessels such as tiny capillaries,in your case from the skin of the toe. I'm not sure if there was a cluster of these capillaries causing a lump or not on your toe.

There is no cancer in the tissue submitted for examination. For more information you and your doctor should talk to the pathologist who read the biopsy.
