I started having lower back pain when i was squatting during my work out, i was in a lot of pain the following days but it has since subsided when not exercising. when i exercise, my lower back feels week and like it could happen again. what is this?

It may be important to reduce the tension in the muscle by lying on the floor on your back and rocking on the lower back by flexing your knees and hips. You may also want to strengthen the lower back before the squatting. You may also squat and lean forward to reduce some of the tension and to do it for short periods and progressively increase to strengthen your back.
