Can anti psychotics actually make you more anxious? i never react well & get akathisia & generalised anxiety to some. i started ziprasidone & it's been okay, but i've noticed my ocd fear of dirt getting worse & i'm scared it's the medication doing it?

Contact your psychiatrist and discuss these reactions. The medication class is truly complex with many potential adverse effects, some very rare, but may very well improve with appropriate modifications.
