A healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables and lean meats should provide a complete daily nutrition intake. If you want to add a vitamin, make sure you are not using that instead of a healthy diet. Multivitamins are all much the same, with balanced levels of vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.
