I had vericoscele surgery 3 weeks ago, left testicle is little swelled.i dont have sensation where the surgery was performed i,e from inguinal to testis but i have sensation on testis,is it normal ? can i also masturbate with a little swelled testis?

Swelling/numbness after varicocele surgery is quite common and usually nothing to worry about. It will heal over time. However, it can be uncomfortable. Ice and antiinflammatories can help. Intercourse/masturbation should be OK after 14 days, but avoid squeezing the scrotum or other things that case increased pressure until it fully healed.

It takes 6-12 weeks to heal so give yourself time for things to come back to normal. Wear a comfortable scrotal support. Hold off masturbation till your other complaints resolve.
