Covid can do both of these. Fever, Headache, fatigue and nasal congestion/cough can all be symptoms of Covid. A mild infection can cause mild symptoms, especially in a vaccinated person. If you have been in crowded public places or have been exposed to someone known to have covid, get tested at around Day 5-7 after symptoms start.
