Got a colorful tattoo on my calf last week. 4 1/2hours it took.foot swelled up and was painful which i expected . but it still hurts. every time i stand extreme pain goes to the tattoo & feels like charlie horse. i was told it was reaction to dyes?

could be an allergy to one or more of the dyes, but also might be infected. See dermatologist for exam and possible tx.
