I am "born left handed" but only write and eat left handed, i am primarily right handed. is it known if a left handed person's body is physically different and doing things, particularly stenuous things, right handed would be unfavorable?

I would think so. I am not sure why you think you are primarily right handed if you eat and write with left hand. For other activities such as drawing, playing sport , etc. you should do better with your left hand, I expect.
