I have a military drug test in 2 weeks exactly. on the 16th of july i was exposed to secondhand bong and dab smoke. im very active and run almost everyday, as well as lift a lot. should i be worried about my test coming back positive?

Hair can contain evidence of even "second hand" cannabis and other unintended exposures. If the military test being positive precludes any "unintentional" positives , the test may be positive and require substantial rebuttal attempts.
