Health anxiety, 31yrs noticed visible pulsation in my neck both at the sides and in the middle hollow at the base of the neck. worried about a aneurysm. currently 23 weeks pregnant but did notice this before pregnancy ecg done 2020 - all normal. help?

Visible pulsation at the sites described by you is not necessarily abnormal as they are in close proximity to the great arteries and the aorta. This may be simply because pregnancy results in a hyperdynamic circulatory state due to an vasodilatation and an increase in the blood volume. Given the history of pregnancy, this may all be normal. If you are concerned, talk to your doctor by all means.
