: If you definitely have a Spitz nevus, it should be evaluated by a dermatologist. If there is some signs of irregularity within the lesion or symptoms @ the lesion, it might be removed/biopsied. Most Spitz nevi are benign, but you should have it examined by a dermatologist to be certain as to its overall nature.
