Is it possible for only one person in the house to be experiencing symptoms from mold exposure but the other person living in the house is completely fine? nose is running like a faucet, horrible sinus headaches & allegra d not working at all?

You certainly can hire a mitigation service to check for mold, and other contaminants. Contact your doctor about your symptoms, which could be due to a different mechanism or allergy. Do check for the Delta COVID-19 variant, as nasal issues may be presenting signs.

The easy answer to your question is yes! One person who is particularly sensitive/allergic to a certain mold strain can have severe symptoms, while other inhabitants have no problems. See an allergist and get on a decent regimen of prescription meds if the over-the-counter meds are not taking care of things. Make sure to mention to the allergist the things you mentioned in your question...
