Appropriate med: All medicines are filtered by the kidneys. Not addressing infection is dangerous. Infection can quickly spread to other organ systems, including the kidneys, and cause damage. Google the term "sepsis." Antibiotic will control infection, but root canal or extraction required for a cure. Pills alone will not fix your problem.
