Yes based on FDA: Fda pregnancy category b. Amoxicillin is not expected to harm an unborn baby. The effect of the chest infection on your health is likely more risky than the amoxicillin. Your gp will guide you. Congratulations and enjoy the upcoming arrival of your child.
