You should see a GI doctor to find out what is causing your symptoms. You may need an upper endoscopy where a lighted scope is passed into your esophagus and stomach under sedation to find out why you have difficulty swallowing. The “odd smell” /color of your stools may be due to something different in your diet but the GI doctor can evaluate this as well. So, see a GI doctor! Good luck to you!
