Probably: Probably. To reassure yourself, try this experiment: Put a piece of chicken bone in vinegar overnight. Notice how soft the acid of the vinegar has made the bone. Well, the acid in the stomach is many times more acidic than vinegar. This is not a good time to take an antacid or drug like Pepcid (famotidine) which reduces stomach acid.
