Unlikely: This is usually heartburn from GE reflux or chest wall related. The heart is only wired for pain in the blood vessels, which little kids don't have problems with. Avoiding caffeine in sodas or tea, acidic drinks, and not laying down after eating can sometimes eliminate the pain.Tums or something similar can offer temporary help with reflux related pain.
