Can someone that has the mthfr gene with a history of blood clots, receive the covid 19 vaccine?

Thrombophilia, or the tendency to have blood clots, is of concern in COVID infection because of a risk for clots. This would exceed the risk from vaccine, where the cases are identified in 1/500,000 receiving the Johnson and Johnson one-dose vaccine. I would recommend taking Pfizer or Moderna.
