Ultrasound depth: I need more information. It is not common for the uterus size to change so drastically without pregnancy. The reason for the difference may be subjective error in the measurement, misquote of the measurement where one was including the cervix and the other was not, or other possibilities. Perhaps discuss this with the sonographer or the doctor reading your u/s report.
