A 28-year-old female asked:

Bleeding in preg: The brown discharge is blood that has been sitting in the vaginal vault for a few days. It may have been blood from the cervix, post coital bleeding or even from the uterus or placenta. It can be a sign of infection too. It is probably nothing but it is worth seeing your OB for an exam, possibly cultures and an ultrasound to be sure it isn't a sign of placenta problems or cervical incompetance.
A 21-year-old female asked:

Conception timing: If you are trying to conceive, you should be off the Depo-Provera and ocps for 3 months prior. However because of the Depo-Provera it may take some time for your body to ovulate again. So if your cycles do not come back after stopping these, you may need ovulation induction meds to help you become pregnant and/or regulate your cycles.
A 25-year-old female asked:

Mittleschmerz: Usually, ovulation occurs 14days prior to the onset of your cycle. Your pain in the left lower quadrant may mean you felt your ovulation or had a cyst rupture. The hormone shift from estrogen to Progesterone may be responsible for the breast pain. If the pain in the pelvis is severe see your obgyn or er doctor to confirm nothing more serious. May be worthwhile to get a preg test as well.
