No, we do not do that on this platform. You can certainly discuss with your own doctor. Also, I hope you are vaccinated! Even so, the Delta variant is surging everywhere in the country even among vaccinated people, so masking is important. With lung issues, if you get COVID, you will have much more trouble breathing. You could see if your employer would let you take outdoor unmasking breaks.
