A member asked:

Thick white discharge with no irritation, no odor, no itching, no infections. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal vaginal secretions are colorless as well as odorless. Just before a period, the luteal phase, thick white odorless discharge may occur as a mixture of fluid and cells released from the vagina. Unless the discharge is lumpy and has a foul odor, this would be considered normal.
