Please can you give me some examples of inflammatory causes of symptomatic cauda equina nerve root clumping. precipitated by a reactive arthritis syndrome? thank you?

As previously advised, the reactive arthritis itself probably is the reason for inflammation causing cauda equina. Discuss it with the doctor caring for your ReA. There is no point in speculation about other causes unless s/he agrees ReA itself isn't the problem.
