: I recommend that you be seen in person so that a doctor can examine you and recommend a proper medication if necessary. Meanwhile, if you don’t have a medical contraindication to these, you can try a non sedating long acting antihistamine such as loratidine and/or a nasal spray like Flonase (fluticasone) (both are once/day).
