Good morning. last month they made me an us and reported that they found hypervasular thyroid nodule (0.9 x 0.8mm) and the nodule is hypoechoic. is it something i should worry about?

Thyroid nodules are not uncommon. Not all nodules are dangerous, or cancerous. This may be a little on the small side for a biopsy which often is the only way to know for sure. Speak with your doctor and ask their opinion. I personally would not be that worried about one small nodule under 1cm in size. They may also suggests other imaging such as with nuclear medicine imaging.
