Can dull pain above an eyebrow be trigeminal neuralgia...i do have the feeling of blocked nose and some tenderness around cheek area...this tenderness happens sometimes on left or right side ?

Less likely to be trigeminal neuralgia and more likely to be a sinus issue. A sharper pain isolated to above the eyebrow can infrequently be related to ocular inflammation (uveitis) or increased intraocular pressure.
