2 weeks ago my friend return my breast pump but my baby put the pump bottle in his mouth worried that if breast milk of lady left in that bottle goes baby body, any transmission of hiv or any disease. shouldgo for baby bloodtest?

I wonder if the friend or friend's infant shows any evidence of illness, If not, one must infer that your baby failed to contact any disease. One night go to unnecessary expense of testing, but treatment is unavailable.

We may assume that your friend washed the equipment before returning it and that you washed the equipment before your baby touched it. The friend may be able to reassure you, particularly if she was tested during her pregnancy. Failing that, I would rather test the friend than the baby.
