Little or no risk for your baby to catch HIV even if your friend has it. Even when a baby is nursed by an untreated HIV infected mom, there's only a 15% chance of infection after 6 months of swallowing a few ounces of milk every day. What can it possibly be after the tiny amount involved in this event? But why not just ask your friend so you can stop worrying
