Blood test is generally more sensitive and reliable than a urine test for pregnancy. You may wish to repeat the urine test as you can do that home. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully, including reading the strip within prescribed time. Only do the home test if you are 4-5 days past the expected onset of your period.
