I suggest you go to a medical clinic for an exam as soon as possible. Possible causes of your problem include Covid-19, flu & food poisoning. With your symptoms you can only be properly diagnosed with a medical exam & lab studies. And it’s not possible to say what the ball was without direct examination. It could have been a foreign body or feces. I wish you well with your health!
