It could be frontal sinusitis. You should see a physician if it does not resolve.

Brow ache can be caused by many things, including asthenopia, iritis, narrow angles with increased intraocular pressure, sinusitis, etc. Some of these can be very serious. If it is associated with decreased or altered vision, you should see someone immediately. If not, and it doesn't resolve you should see someone when convenient.
