Ive had a debilitating headache since surgery for wrist arthroscopy for tfcc tear and had a block this was almost a week ago pain is in back of my head since day after surgery coukd this be from the block?

Seems highly unlikely that this would be due to the block. Are you taking any different medications since surgery as some can cause headaches. If it persists, I would speak to your primary care physician
