Rare but: Risk is low but we only know those people who have something wrong/bad. Normally would have study done otherwise. Mra would find the "bad ones", MRI not so helpful. There are diseases such as polycystic kidney disease which can have associated "berry aneurysms. Headaches/migraines - why did you get mri/mra? Did you have an lp?
