Orthodontic Eval: So many factors contribute to your overjet. Is it a tooth position issue or a bone discrepancy? Class 1 or class 2 molar relationship? Loss of vertical dimension? Parafunctional habits? Your best bet is to be evaluated by a local orthodontist, someone who can actually treat you.
