For panic, can i take xanax while on hpylori quadruple therapy? treatment consisting of bismuth subsalicylate, metronidazole, tetracycline and omeprazole? also, are there interactions with covid vaccine while on this hpylori treatment?

Can be done, but for the future, consider getting treatment for your panic attacks via cognitive-behavioural therapy, biofeedback, or meditation. There is no contra-indication to have a COVID-19 vaccine, which I would definitely recommend. All of this should be discussed with your current doctor.
