At age 20, the usual causes of epididymitis are gonorrhea and chlamydia, but some are due to non-sexually transmitted urinary tract infection. Levofloxacin will treat most of these and chlamydia, but not reliable for gonorrhea. Drinking milk won't make any difference for any of them. Speak with your GP about referral to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) specialist. Good luck.
